I like fantasy art, but this art is like fantasy/reality mixed with mythology/history I suppose. So the story of Krishna as a real Being comes to life in the present day. This is what is needed to help people appreciate God's beauty as relevant at all times, past, present, and future. After seeing this art I was thinking if God does not include Krishna, then how can God be considered complete? All of HIS names and forms are describing the ONE, so Krishna's features as seen in these paintings reveal God's most blissful and attractive aspects of HIMSELF and HERSELF (Radharani). This must be the artwork of a wise soul!

I really really admire your paintings, Visnu Das, they are simply beautiful. I think a really good idea for your next painting would be to paint Srila Prabhupada's Holy Feet, adorned with flowers and everything. it would be so lovely. I have been looking so much on the Internet for such a wonderful picture, but I have not found the perfect one yet that fully satisfies me. I believe you painted the picture of Prabhupada on the Vyasasana and I remember you working on this picture of Shamasundara, standing on the bank of the Jamuna river. I found a copy of your painting on the back of a magazine the "All Attractive Couple" in 99 in SF.
I ripped out the picture and kept the copy for a long time. Feeling the presence of krishna and radha. Finally I ran across a friend who refered to the picture and it was a shock to find the site. Your work is divine. I hope to see your mural work in person someday.

I found his beautiful picture of "The All Attractive Couple" which, needless to say I fell completely in love with. It was the perfect picture that I have spent years searching for to put in that "special spot". I was horrified that the first print that Visnudas sent was lost in the post. I waited patiently because I know that Sri Krishna has a way of blessing everyone everywhere and He and Radha were just sight seeing and visiting. Vishnudas contacted me several times asking if the print had arrived, finally I had to tell him no. Immediately, Visnudas sent another copy. I felt so terrible that the first print had become lost in the post. I offered to pay for another, and the shipping, but he refused me in this. This special mercy I certainly do not deserve. Also, Visnudas sent a very special gift for my patience and understanding in this situation. I am eternally emdebted to him. ...cont'd ->

I am a Muslim Sufi in heart, but your "All Attractive couple" Rada and Krishna painting is so powerful that It makes me cry. I never seen such a adorable picture of Krishna. He is more than adorable in ur painting. I am more like a Sufi. I have nothing I mean I gave up all my material I live very simple life. I would just like to say to all the contributors of this guestbook that Sri Sri Radha and Krishna have brought us all together by Their unstoppable mercy which continues to pour down like soft cooling rain through the benediction cloud who is the pure devotee A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
Without his grace allowing me to be a part of his spiritual mission and to offer the skill back which he has planted within my hands, I would have been still living in the dark depths of material consciousness, not knowing right from wrong, up from down or what i am or where i'm going.
